With Local Agencies
Local agencies and organizations play a vital role in
providing services for Love INC clients. Love INC
office staff and volunteers become experts in knowing where resources exist in
our community. In this way, duplication of services is avoided and neighbors in need
are directed to the place(s) where
they can find help.
Gallatin Valley Food Bank, Bozeman Job Service,
Gallatin Community Clinic, Gallatin County Rest Home, Human Resource Development Council (HRDC),
the City-County Health Department, City of Bozeman Public Works Dept.,
Mountain View Care Center, and the Office of Public Assistance,
to name a few, are agencies and groups that Love INC networks with.
Local helping organizations and businesses that Love INC networks
with include Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, ChildCare Connections, Career Transitions, Consumer Credit
Counseling, Help Center, Mountain View Care Center, the Network Against Domestic and Sexual
Abuse, Family Outreach, Aware, Reach, Bozeman Senior
Center, Belgrade Senior Center, Manhattan Senior Center, Thrive, and others.
Other local Christian ministries that Love INC
maintains close working connections with include The Salvation Army,
Bozeman Home Mission (car clinic), His Soup, Bread of Life Ministries,
the Zoe Pregnancy Caring Center, the Gallatin Valley Diaconate (CRC),
Family Promise, Prison Fellowship and others.
If an agency or organization specializes in providing
the kind of help that a person needs, we will refer that person to one
of these groups. If, however, there are associated needs or other
needs (that are manageable) that these groups do not address or cannot
meet, Love INC finds church volunteers to meet those
needs.
