Committees

Guidance and development of the Love INC ministry is accomplished through four committees:  Leadership, Development, Promotions and Finance.  

At least one Board member serves on each committee.  Each committee reports to the Board.  Our committees work to assist the Board and the Executive Director in the operation and growth of Love INC.  They also provide oversight and manpower for special events.

Leadership & Ministry Enhancement Committee

This committee is responsible for staffing the Board and the other committees, for operational policies of Love INC, for enhancing the organization's capacity and nurturing emerging ministries .  Current members: Larry Addink (chair, Bethel Christian Reformed Church), Dr. John Patterson (First Presbyterian Church), Rev. Bill Kern (Gallatin Valley Christian Church), Cynthia Corliss (Holy Rosary Catholic Church), Jim DeJong (Grace Bible Church), and Jim Good (ex officio, Evangelical Free Church)

Promotions & Public Relations Committee

The Promotions & Public Relations Committee is responsible for publicizing Love INC in the local community, press releases and special events.  Its current members are: Theresa Cok (chair, Manhattan Christian Reformed Church), Jackie Stonnell (Christian Center), Paul Bussi (Christian Center), Heidi Welch (Bozeman Church of Christ), Judy Arkwright (First Presbyterian Church), Susan Moore (First Presbyterian Church), Cheri Popiel (Resurrection Parish), and Lee Wagner (First Presbyterian Church).

Finance & Operations Committee

This Committee oversees the financial and legal condition of the ministry.  Its responsibilities include ensuring proper accounting procedures, financial development, personnel, property, insurance and reporting.  Its current members are: Bill Harn (chair, Resurrection Parish),  Diane Johnson (bookkeeper), and Kim Lambrecht (Springhill Presbyterian Church).  The Executive Director serves as an ex officio member of this committee.
