Mobilizing

Love INC mobilizes church members to identify their God-given gifts and skills through the use of a Talent Tithe Inventory.  Members of partner churches are periodically given an update on Love INC activities.  At this time, they are given a Talent Tithe Inventory form and are asked to consider what kinds of skills and talents they would like to offer as a volunteer.  As needs in the community are verified, volunteers are called upon to respond, based on the selections they've made on their Talent Tithe Inventory form.   

Multiplying

Love INC distributes referrals to churches in a way that multiplies the effectiveness of the response, providing opportunities for Christians to live their faith.

Networking

Love INC networks together local ministries, non-profit organizations, social service agencies and churches.  This networking approach brings about a high degree of cooperation among churches, public and private agencies, and other ministries as we together identify and care for the unmet needs of our Gallatin County neighbors.

Enabling

Love INC researches, supports and enables churches to begin new ministries.  Love INC provides information, resources and the people who need the ministry to the church.  It facilitates and coordinates the development of ministries involving more than one church.  And it enables volunteers who want to make a difference to demonstrate Christian love by providing a wide variety of ways to serve.
