In-Kind Donations

Donated items fuel Love INC ministries!

Your contribution of material items to Love INC will help a needy local family or individual.  A simple item makes a huge difference in a struggling neighbor's life, and communicates the love of Christ to them.  Love INC, in turn, gives your donated item(s) to needy households in Gallatin County.

In-kind donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Love INC accepts good used furniture and working, running vehicles to place with qualified clients. Call the Love INC office for more information.  587-3008

In addition, several Love INC ministries rely solely on the donations of caring Christians.  For information on donating to these ministries, please check out the information below.

Thank you for sharing and caring!

Linen Closet

Items Needed:

Sheet sets, newer pillows, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, blankets, comforters, bedspreads, quilts, bathroom throw rugs.

Note: all items need to be new or lightly used.  It is a huge help to the volunteers working in this ministry if used items are washed and folded before being donated.

We cannot accept stained items nor items with holes, rips or mildew.

In addition, the linen closet does not accept the following items: drapes, curtains, shower curtains, decorator pillows, large area rugs.

A donation of just one item makes a huge difference in a hurting person's life, and usually ministers to the children of single parents, too.

Where to Bring a Donation:

Donations to the Linen Closet should be brought to the Love INC office.  Call the Love INC office for details and directions.  587-3008 or email loveincoffice@yahoo.com

Clothes Closet

Items Needed:

Clothing in new, excellent to very good condition.  All sizes.  Men's, women's, teens, children's, infants.

Note: It is a huge help to the volunteers working in this ministry if used items are washed before being donated.

We cannot accept stained items nor items with holes, rips or mildew.  We cannot accept used undergarments.

The Clothes Closet restricts its items to clothing.  Therefore, we cannot use shoes, purses, accessories nor household items.

A donation of just one item makes a huge difference in a hurting person's life, and usually ministers to the children of single parents, too.

Where to Bring a Donation:

Donations to the Clothes Closet are accepted during the hours when the closet is open:  1st and 3rd Saturday of each month (afternoons).  Please take donated items to the Clothes Closet at the corner of Main Street and Kennedy Ave. in Belgrade.  Call the Love INC office for details and directions.  587-3008 or email loveincoffice@yahoo.com

Bicycle Ministry

Items Needed:

Working bikes for men, women and children.  We also can accept tricycles that are in good, working condition.

Note: We cannot accept a bike that has a bent frame or wheel, or which will require more than $20 worth of parts to make it usable.

A donation of a bike can make the difference between having a job and unemployment.  A bike can bring joy to a child's life.

Where to Bring a Donation:

Donations to the Bicycle Ministry are initially taken to a storage unit where they await inspection and any needed repairs.  Arrangements need to be made with the volunteer who coordinates this ministry to meet you at the storage unit.  If you absolutely cannot deliver the bike, a volunteer may be able to pick it up.  Please call the Love INC office to make arrangements.   587-3008 or email loveincoffice@yahoo.com
