Newsletter. Our newsletter,
Love Letter, is published quarterly and mailed to partner churches, supporters, service
providers and interested parties. The newsletter contains
information about developing ministries, descriptions of Love INC's impact
over the past few months, peeks at the activities of the office and
volunteers, and opportunities for serving. You may request a free
subscription by e-mailing us
your name and mailing address, or contacting the
office. more
Annual Report. During the first quarter of
each year, an annual report recapping the prior year's activities is
published in booklet form. The Annual Report provides statistics and
data, financial information, reports about the ministry's activities,
board member data, an overview of each ministry offered by Love INC,
pictures and plans for the coming year. The annual report is
available free upon request.
Church Contact Updates. Each Church
Contact Person receives regular communication and letters from the
Love INC Clearinghouse Coordinator. News, statistics and on-going
training helps are included in each mailing.
Volunteer Newsletter. A newsletter
specifically designed for Love INC church volunteers is mailed a few times
during the year. Only church volunteers receive the volunteer
newsletter.
Board and Committee Reports. Minutes of
Board and Committee meetings are on file in the Love INC office.
Pastors of partner churches may request copies of these reports at any
time.
Financial Statements. Financial
statements are kept on file in the Love INC office. They are
received by our Treasurer monthly, and reviewed at each Board
meeting. Pastors of partner churches may obtain copies at any
time upon request.
