Office Volunteers
We need Christian volunteers who like to serve behind
the scenes. It takes a variety of skills and talents in the Love INC
office to keep the ministry of meeting needs going. In addition, the
office is a resource center for the research and development of new
ministries and the administration of on-going ministry projects.

In the Executive Director's Office
These positions do not involve
direct contact with persons asking for help from Love INC. They are
support positions in which you will report directly to the Executive
Director. Some of these positions are currently filled; we can
always use help in related areas.
Administrative
Assistant - Two types of assistants: (1) general
office/clerical assistant, and (2) computer-related
positions.
Recruiter
- Work on a team to help find volunteers for office jobs and special
events via phone work.
Appreciation
Coordinator - Recognize and encourage volunteers and supporters
through written thank you notes.
Special
Event Coordinator - Work with the Promotions Committee and the
Executive Director to plan special gatherings, luncheons, potlucks, open
houses, etc.
Delivery
Person - Pick up items from the Love INC office and deliver to partner
churches and/or agencies around Bozeman and/or surrounding communities.
Couriers
- Bring items to the Love INC office from stores and partner churches.
Quilts
& Compassion Volunteer - Deliver handmade quilts to hospital
patients and visit with them for a while.
Newsletter
Editor - Work closely with the Director to write articles and prepare
quarterly Love INC newsletters.
Annual
Report Editor - Work with the Promotions Committee and the Director to
prepare the Annual Report.
Photographer
- Take pictures, as needed, of Love INC activities and volunteers in
action.

Worker -

In the Clearinghouse Office
Some of these positions
involve contact with people calling Love INC for help and report to the Clearinghouse
Coordinator.
Receptionist
- answer the phone, route calls, take messages
In-Take
Worker - interview clients, verify requests, refer for help and
follow-up (training and supervision provided)
Follow-Up
Worker - update records, call agencies to verify client information,
make calls back to clients to obtain missing data (training provided)
Budget
Counselor - meet with a client for face-to-face budgeting advice;
review spending patterns; provide advice on principles of handling your
money (training provided)
Database
Maintenance - data entry
Volunteer
Newsletter Assistant - help write articles for the Volunteer
Newsletter and the Love INC quarterly newsletter
Prayer
Intercessors - pray regularly for Love INC; serve on a Love INC prayer
chain
Postage
Stamp Supplier - donate postage stamps to Love INC during the year
(you choose the amount and frequency; we will send you a reminder)
Custodian
- vacuum and dust the Love INC offices (you choose when and how often)
