Our Staff
We currently have five paid staff positions:
Executive Director
(a full-time position)
Executive Assistant (a part-time position)
Intake Referral Coordinator (a part-time position)
Coordinator of Volunteers (a part-time position)
Intake Assistant/Secretary (a part-time position)
All other positions in the Love INC organization are
staffed by volunteers.
The Executive Director. . .
is responsible for the oversight, management and
development of the organization, its staff and its volunteers.
The Director reports to the Board and
frequently serves in an ex officio role on our Committees.
The Director also represents Love INC to the public and the national
Love INC office, and at informational and planning sessions with
local agencies and community organizations. The Director
communicates regularly with partner
church pastors.
Our current Executive Director is Nancy VanDyken,
who was hired in 2001. She is a member of St. Anthony the Great Orthodox Mission
in Bozeman.
The Executive Assistant. . .
works closely with the Director and assists the
Director in all aspects of the operation of Love INC, oversees office
volunteers, and supervises the Intake Assistant/Secretary. Our
Executive Assistant, Kathy Peyton, joined the Love INC ministry team
in February, 2006. She is a member of Bozeman United Methodist
Church.
The Intake Referral Coordinator. . .
supervises the office's telephone in-take process,
the telephone receptionists and in-take volunteers, the screening and
verification of requests for assistance, referrals to partner church contact
persons, and follow-up. The Coordinator is in close communication with
local agencies, ministries, and Church Contact Persons
as
Love INC responds to requests for help.
Our current Intake Referral Coordinator is Celia
Styren. She began working for Love INC in March, 2007. Celia is a
member of Belgrade Christian Assembly.
The Coordinator of Volunteers. . .
promotes Love INC in the churches and community,
networks with pastors, church leaders and others, and oversees
volunteer recruitment and encouragement. Jim Good began
his ministry with Love INC in the summer of 2005. He is a member
of Evangelical Free Church of Bozeman, and is a part-time pastor at
Pony Community Church.
The Intake Assistant/Secretary. . .
provides support and assistance to the Intake
Referral Coordinator in processing requests for assistance and guiding
phone volunteers, as well as handling clerical tasks and
record-keeping in the office. Cheri Kirkpatrick has been working
for Love INC since the fall of 2006. She is a member of Mt.
Ellis Seventh Day Adventist Church.
